Return & Warranty Policies
Returns & Store Credit: 30-Day Comfort Assurance
Because each pillow is custom-made, we do not offer full refunds. However, if the style isn’t quite right for your space, we’re happy to offer a store credit that you can use toward a different pillow.
How It Works
Not loving the style? Send it back within 30 days, and we’ll issue a store credit (valid for 30 days) toward a new pillow.
- Return shipping costs to our facility are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your store credit (minus the 30% restocking fee and original shipping cost) will be issued.
Important Notes:
All returns will undergo an inspection upon arrival. To be approved, items must be in their original condition and free of any damage or signs of wear. Once the return is approved, we’ll issue your store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
6 Month Warranty on Craftsmanship
Your Assurance, Our Promise
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pillows. If you experience a genuine defect in craftsmanship or materials, we will gladly repair or replace your pillow at no cost—as long as the original pillow is returned to us for inspection.
Warranty Coverage
- Valid for 6 months from the date of delivery.
- Covers seam separation, stitching defects, and zipper malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors.
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, stains or damage to the fabric.
- Improper washing or care-related issues (please follow care instructions).
- Damage from pets, spills, mishandling, or excessive use.
- Fabric breakdown (please refer to the fabric manufacturer’s warranty for details).
All returns under warranty will be inspected upon receipt. If the damage is found to be intentional or due to misuse, the warranty will be void, and the item will not be eligible for replacement.
Fabric Swatch Policy
We encourage customers to order swatches to preview color, texture, and quality in person, ensuring the perfect fit for your space. We’re happy to offer fabric swatches so you can feel confident in your design choices before placing a full order. All swatches are final sale and non-returnable. Because swatches are cut to order and provided directly by our fabric manufacturers, they cannot be restocked or reused.
Please Note: Swatch sizes may vary depending on the fabric manufacturer. While we aim to provide a helpful preview, swatches are meant to showcase fabric color, texture, and quality—not full pattern repeats. Size differences do not reflect the scale of the final product.
Fabric Yardage Policy
All fabric yardage orders are final sale and non-returnable.
Fabrics are cut to order based on your requested yardage and sourced directly from the fabric manufacturer, which means they cannot be restocked or refunded once processed. We strongly recommend ordering a swatch beforehand to ensure the color, texture, and weight are just right for your project.
Custom Welts & Samples Policy
All custom welts are made to order and considered final sale.
Because each welt is created specifically for your order—tailored in size, fabric, and finish—they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
