1. Eligibility

This campaign is open only to individuals who:

3. Campaign Period

This campaign runs from the first day of each month to the last day of the month. The winner will be selected during the first week of the following month and notified accordingly. Only one winner per month.

5. Prizes

The winner will receive the Centro Decor Pillow Bundle, which includes two (2) decorative pillows from Centro Decor’s limited collection and two (2) pillow inserts, selected by the winner from available options at the time of fulfillment.

The prize has an estimated retail value of $600+, which may vary depending on selected styles and inserts. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random under the supervision of Centro Decor. The selected winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing.

If a winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

By submitting an entry, you grant Centro Decor and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, entry, and any statements provided for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, without further compensation, notice, or approval, where permitted by law.

You represent and warrant that your entry is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Centro Decor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the campaign or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Disputes

This campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction.
